மத்திய கல்வி அமைச்சினால் வட மாகாண பாடசாலைகளுக்கு ஆசிரியர்களாக நியமனம் செய்யப்படுவதற்கு தெரிவுசெய்யப்பட்டு அனுப்பிவைக்கப்பட்ட 350 கற்பித்தல் தொடர்பான தேசிய போதனாவியல் டிப்ளோமாதாரிகளுக்கு வட மாகாணத்தில் வெற்றிடம் உள்ள பாடசாலைகள் முன்னுரிமைப்படுத்தப்பட்டு அவர்களுக்கான நியமனக் கடிதங்கள் வழங்கப்படவுள்ளன.
எனவே 16.06.2023 ஆம் திகதி வெள்ளிக் கிழமை காலை 08.30 மணிக்கு யாழ்ப்பாணம் தேசிய கல்வியியற் கல்லூரியில் தங்களுக்கான நியமனக் கடிதங்கள் வழங்கப்படவுள்ளமையினால் நியமனம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள டிப்ளோமாதாரர்கள் ஆசிரிய பணிக்குரிய கௌரவத்துடன் [பெண்கள் வெள்ளை நிற சேலையுடனும் ஆண்கள் கறுப்பு வர்ண நீள் காற்சட்டை மற்றும் வெள்ளை நிற சட்டையும் (சேட்) அணிவதுடன் கழுத்துப் பட்டி (Tie) அணிதல் வேண்டும்.] காலை 08.00 மணிக்கு முன் வருகை தந்து தங்கள் வரவினை உறுதிப்படுத்திக்கொள்ளல் வேண்டும்.
மேலும் தெரிவுசெய்யப்பட்ட நியமனதாரர்கள் தமது ஆளடையாளத்தினை நிரூபிக்கும் வகையில் தேசிய அடையாள அட்டை / செல்லுபடியாகும் கடவுச்சீட்டின் மூலம் தமது ஆளடையாளத்தினை உறுதிப்படுத்தி நியமனக் கடிதங்களைப் பெற்றுக் கொள்ள முடியும் என்பதுடன் நியமனதாரர்கள் தவிர்ந்த எவரும் நியமனக் கடிதங்களை பெற்றுக்கொள்ள முடியாது என்பதனையும் அறியத்தருகின்றேன்.
தமது பெயருக்கெதிரே காணப்படும் தொடர்பிலக்கத்தினைக் (Ref No) குறித்துக் கொள்வது தங்களுக்கான ஆசனங்களை இனங்காண்பதற்கு இலகுவாய் அமையும்.
Instructions
Appointment letters are going to be issued for 350 Nos. of National Diploma in Teaching Holders of National College of Education who were selected by Line Ministry of Education to be appointed as teachers to the Northern Provincial Schools, by giving priority for vacancies prevail in Northern Province.
Therefore, as the appointment letters are to be issued on 16.06.2023 Friday at 8.30 a.m at Jaffna National College of Education Auditorium, selected Diploma holders should confirm their presence by arriving such place before 8.00 a.m. With the honoring of teacher service, women should wear white color saree and men should wear black trousers, white shirt and tie)
Furthermore, it is hereby informed that selected appointees could receive their appointment letters by identifying themselves with the valid NIC or Passport and no any others could receive the appointment letters on behalf of the appointee.
Making note of Ref. No of your name will ease to identify your seat reserved.
