The new Secretary of the Ministry of Education, Cultural Affairs, Sports & Youth Affairs of the Northern Province Mr.L.Ilaangovan assumed duties today on 1st of July,2019 and he is a senior officer of the Sri Lanka Administrative Service (SLAS) having much experience in the field of Public Administration.
